Introducing… my BRAND NEW RECIPE BOOK!!
Yes that is CORRECT.. I have a brand new recipe book that is available for pre order now!! My brand new recipe book “Jane’s Patisserie: Deliciously easy customisable cakes bakes and treats”, is out August 5th!
This is something I have wanted to do for such a long time, and I have been working on it for so long… and now I can finally announce it!! This is an absolute life and career goal and I am so excited!!!
This book features 60 brand new and exclusive fan-requested recipes, as well as some delicious blog favourites and it has been the most fun to thing to work on over the past year or so!!

Have pre-ordered this book and am looking forward to trying out all the recipes. I suffered from anorexia and spent two years severely restricting myself from baking and food . On my recovery I came across your blog and started baking again. It made me realise how much I missed baking and how much I deprived myself from enjoying it. Trying your recipes with my daughter became like therapy and even though it’s still at the back of my head I am now a normal healthy weight and a lot of it is down to your blog as it made baking fun and easy to try . I always like reading the blog but you can’t beat a proper book. Well done on the achievement

This has made my year! I love your recipes I have so many of them saved or written down . They always work brilliantly and I always love the texture of your bakes.
I always have a batch of your NYC cookies in the freezer (they are my fave). Going to pre-order now, I’ll tell the hubby it will be my anniversary present.
